talking to your friends always helps, they help you to articulate your inner thoughts and express yourself better. so now, my new year resolution has been further refined. perhaps as xuan said,
it is not so much that i wish to be spontaneous, i am spontaneous already (or so i like to think :p). but rather i wish i could open my heart and be less guarded. yes, i'm afraid of getting hurt. hiding beneath a cloud of superficiality. well then, therein lies the challenge, to open my heart and to give myself and everyone i might meet, a chance.
