i told myself that i was going to blog about all that happened in 2007, cos it was a happening year! hahaa..but i figured if i don't start blogging about the present, it will just become the past, which is just gonna add to my workload!

So here goes, in reverse chronological order >>

19th January, 2008 (Saturday)
Holland V Settler's Cafe with fion and her friends, whom I got to know through the Kukup trip. They're a pretty fun bunch of ppl to hang out with :)

We played this game called "Apple to Apple"(?) Anyway, it's lame, i dun particularly like having to convince people..but i guess that's an important social skill? And i cant believe that i said "digging nose" is cool, considering that i'm still visibly traumatised by an incident on the train a few years back. This guy was blatantly digging his nose and then proceeded to run his fingers through his girlfriend's beautiful long hair..ack! kevin's explanation was just pretty innovative..

And fion had a surprise birthday cake :)

We had lotsa fun growing beans of various varieties- chilli, black-eyed, red, blue, green, stinky, garden, coffee, cocoa, wax, soy. hello, dun mess with the girl-farmers' association ;) we form a strong coalition and we're way better than the guys' association..whoever said numbers dun count? :p fion ended up being super rich..cos of birthday luck?

Ate the famous XO crab tung hoon! i always thought it was the XO fish head bee hoon soup that was famous? of all the years that i've hung out in that area, i never tried it. But ya, HAM, it's way better than the ginza one! haha, the claw was humongous! too bad i din take a picture, i was pretty sleepy by then..

We had ice cream at Cold Rock Creamery. The ice cream is mixed with other ingredients over this cold stone. I say: overhyped.

And then it was time for havoc hoon to head home..poor unfortunate shumie had a bad fall on her way home >.< hope she recovers soon!

My stomach wasn't too happy with the amount of food it received and I had to feed it scrambled eggs and fried fish at 2am!
