hoonie hates getting bullied :(

i got bullied at the travel agency where i was working for 2 days
some stupid woman called up and kept complaining and ranting
accused me of spoiling her holiday
"you have SCREWED UP my holiday"
you know what?
when you decide on booking your hotel only one week before you leave
and expect some princess treatment
and die die want some stupid hotel
and say that money is not a problem when it seems to be
