Guide to present buying for me!

ok, this may sound shameless, but i think it'll be immensely useful..i kinda realised what i wanted only after my birthday, which is qt dumb..

1. japanese book on swarovski beading - i want a japanese one! not a chinese or english one..cos the japanese ones have nicer designs and better colour schemes

2. sponsor one of my craft shopping trips! :)

3. some paper or craft books

4. craft materials like thread, papers(!!)

5. get me some gadgets - webcam, microphone, (i already hv those! unless it's a better version), bluetooth port! umm nice speakers..*haha yah, realise i qt love gadgets, for a girl!

6. dvd, vcds of Miyazaki Hayao's films and Studio Ghibli such as Tonari no Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away etc

7. japanese children's books, easy-to-read books, grammar books

8. japanese vcds, pref hv takuya kimura! :) *haha doesnt really matter if it's him or not..

9. ken hirai's cds! :) other nice jap cds also can..

10. handmade gift you made :)

*haha..this is but a brief guide, i figured, it's always better to ask the person you're buying the things for :) next time, i get asked, i'll have a ready answer..no more dunnos..

what motivated me to do this? i thot of presents that i wanted, after my birthday passed. kinda 4got abt it, till fion mentioned tt they shd hv gotten craft stuff for me instead. and when i found out yesterday all the outragrous stuff shumz, cc and i dunno who had thot of doing 4 my birthday..i was AGHAST!

*universal rule to present buying*: buy something that is useful and that the receiver will like, not only cos you like. of course, it must pass your test first.
