got a call this morn from this malay lady looking for tuition for her son..i was erm, shocked? haha..i dun really want to take on anymore unless it's like maths and once a week. she just insisted that she wanted me to teach when i offered to help her ask around. i dunno why she's like quite insistent, considering that she has never seen me and does not know anything about me at all, except from some ad i posted on some internet website which i cant remember already...what sold her? "patient and conscientious"..interesting huh? let's not talk about the truth of it, even if you dun think i m, cos i think i m :p yah, i believe that i can give kids time and chances and not make them feel stupid, cos i do know what it feels like to need some extra help and just for someone to believe in you. yah, just thot it interesting that never mind about not knowing me, she's like even willing to like wait till the end of the year? a lot of tuition ads out there only state experience and prices but not the personal qualities of the tutor.
