various recent outings this hols have been marred by ppl getting sick

animal farm: tekko>> lack of sleep, ate smtg wrong(?)

night cycling: taro>> lack of sleep, hangover

ubin: shumz>> recovering from sickness

actually on occasion 1 and 3, i wasnt feeling that great either. wld hv fallen too, esp occasion 1, but that cldnt be helped. and on occasion 3, i am suspecting the bumpy road gave me some concussion! the road was so bumpy and rocky and i was speeding along all the way, just to get it over. it gave me this mad throbbing headache and cldnt sleep that night. else it was cos i din sleep enough the night before. and i cld feel pain and headache in my head for the next few days.

wonder if we're pushing ourselves too hard or we simply dunno how to take good care of ourselves? everyone take better care of themselves, ya? drink plenty of water and sleep more! >> that coming from me is strange, but i will, i will try very hard to sleep earlier this sem! :)
