APPLES: Application for Passport On-line Electronic System

SAVE: Submission of Application for Visa Electronically

SOLAR: Student's Pass Online Application and Registration

VERIFI: Verification of Foreigner Immigration Status

As you can see, all of them do not make much sense, except for VERIFI.

Imagine this:
"You can use APPLES to apply for your passport online.."
"Erm, apples?"

ok, this really isn't the place to make too many wise-cracks, in case, dear old me, gets into trouble..

but then my passport is expired and APPLES refuses to load, so that I can apply for my new passport!

big deal, so high-tech but cannot work, how? send in by post lah! the low-tech..and hopefully, reliable method..
