finally, i see the beginning of the end of the R****** Hall of N** Saga...yup, had 2 put all those stars cos i dun want 2 be detected by someone typing the relevant words into the search engine. anyway, i think it's quite crap that i gotta pay for someone's mistake. seriously, i think that kind of attitude and incredible lack of knowledge abt one's work is totally unacceptable. i wonder how long those 2 staff have been working there? sounds like i'm really mean but i just think i've got high expectations. i know that i wldnt have been able 2 get away with tt kind of mistake during my 6 mths of work. And that was only part-time compared to this, which they work full-time. i think one's responsible for what one said. how can u try 2 interpret something you are supposed to know on the spot? and worse, think that u have interpreted it wrongly? that only serves to further convince me exactly how professional the staff at the above-mentioned hall are.

the other lady who spoke 2 me was rather nice. damage control, i guess, since my dad was so angry with them. i am not exactly very enthusiastic abt paying them $86 for helping them clean up the room. but that's all i m prepared to pay. ask me for a single cent more and i gurantee them, i will raise a ruckus and will change all the stars up there 2 letters. essentially, i feel that i m paying for someone's else mistake.
